General information about custom ordering:

• Custom orders require a 4 to 5 week lead time for completion.
• Orders placed under 3 weeks carry a rush charge of $75.
• Shipped orders require payment in full, prior to shipping.
• All receipts will be included with your shipment.
• There is a $15 shipping and handling charge.
• Due to the nature of our custom hand made merchandise, there are no returns or exchanges.
